Leading interactive marketing and advertising agency, Street Toolz, has announced the inauguration of a new Board of Directors. The new Board, according to official Street Toolz sources, held its inaugural Board Meeting at the company’s headquarters in Maryland-Lagos on Tuesday, October 30, 2018. The Board, comprised of the Chairman, three Non-Executive Directors and one Executive Director, is expected to strengthen Street Toolz’s network, policy thrust and corporate governance structure, further positioning it for the achievement of its goal of becoming Africa’s foremost innovative marketing solution and technology hub that consistently delivers cutting-edge creative solutions.

The Company’s official statement reveals the members of the new Board as Mr. Babajide Fagade, MBA, FNIMN, rpa., a seasoned advertising and marketing professional with a career spanning over 21 years in the public and private sectors; Mr. Adesegun Ajibola, SAN, INST.D, FCIArb, a legal luminary with immense experience in Civil and Criminal Litigation, Arbitration, Admiralty law, and Trademarks & Patents spanning over 28 years, who also comes from a line of successful legal practitioners, being the son of retired judge of the International Criminal Court of Justice and former Minister of Justice and Attorney-General of the Federation, Omoba Bola Ajibola; Mrs. Shayo Imologome, FCA, MBA, a Management Consultant, Business Advisor, Entrepreneur, Facilitator and Strategy Thought Leader with over 25 years cognate experience across industries, whose expertise lies more with helping organizations align strategy with structure to achieve desired goals; Mr. Emmanuel Efuntayo, FMP, a thoroughbred real estate professional and certified Estate Surveyor and Valuer, whose meritorious career has taken him through reputable organizations like the NNPC, and has seen him serve as a Consultant on Urban Renewal to the State of Osun, since 2011; and Mr. Jerry Oche, Street Toolz founder.

Briefing newsmen from the digital and traditional press recently, Street Toolz’s Head of Content and Communication, Mr. Elcee McEdwards, disclosed that while Mr Fagade now serves as the Company’s Chairman, the trio of Mr. Ajibola, Mrs. Imologome and Mr. Efuntayo are throwing their weight behind the Company as Non-Executive Directors, whereas Mr. Jerry Oche, the Company’s Founder/CEO, now serves as the Managing Director.
Speaking after the inaugural board meeting, Mr. Fagade, the new Chairman of Street Toolz, stated that the Board will be focusing on policies that will strengthen key aspects of organizational performance in the area of Customer Focus, Financial Performance, Internal Processes and Employee Satisfaction, adding that “I have been impressed with the feats that Street Toolz has attained in the couple of years that I have known it, which is why I cannot but bring the best caliber of individuals to help stir the business to the next level.”
Noting that Street Toolz has been in existence for some time now, “doing a lot of great works in the advertising spectrum,” Mr. Adesegun Ajibola, SAN, who also spoke after the inaugural Board Meeting, said that he and the other Board members answered the clarion call to join the Street Toolz Board, so they could “guide the company on its policies, business ideas, corporate governance standards and all that are needed to make a business entity what it really should be.”
